    Scrum Master

    Two days course in which the participants will learn in detail the values, principles, and practice of Scrum. The course includes exercises which allow it to apply the Scrum practices, making a real experience and achieving a better understanding of the Scrum values, principles, roles, artifacts, events, and rules.

    The course provides the knowledge that can be used to ensure that Scrum is well understood by the team.

    During the course, participants apply, through specially designed exercises, the practices they learn.

    Recognition: Participants in the course will receive a certificate of attendance and will be granted to take the certification exam as “Scrum Master”. the course cost  include the certification exam cost.

     


     

    Scrum Product Owner

    Two days course in which participants will learn the details of the Product Owner role, who is responsible for defining the desired characteristics of the product and defining priorities to better balance cost and benefit. Attendees will learn how to successfully manage the product backlog, as a key tool of Scrum projects. The participants will learn how the product is being developed during the iterations and increments and how is re-structured to incorporate new ideas or to respond to changes required by the business.

    During the course the attendees will learn ways to work as a link between the project team and the client or users of the product and how to plan customer commitments.

    Additionally, during the course, participants apply, through specially designed exercises, the practices they learn.

    Scrum Developer

    The aim of this three days course is to teach participants to work on a Scrum team, using modern practices as eXtreme Programming (XP), Test Driven Development (TDD), Continuous integration, code refactoring and Pair programming, to develop increments of potentially shippable software functionality.

    Agile Practices Executive Seminar

     

    This one day course covers the principles and key concepts of Agile Methodologies. The purpose of the course is to introduce the participants to the fundamentals needed to start introducing and applying Agile methodologies in the organizations.

    Scaled Agile

    In this three days course the participants will learn the different frameworks for agile scaling, it is established as a framework the development of products from inception to their measurement such as customer and / or end user satisfaction.
